My account is locked, what do I do?
After 5 failed login attempts, your account locks for 5 minutes. Wait for the countdown to complete, then try again. For immediate manual unlock, email admin@indiagully.com with your user ID or call +91 8988 988 988.
How do I set up my TOTP authenticator app?
1. Install Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.
2. Email admin@indiagully.com to request your personal QR code.
3. In the app, tap "+" → "Scan QR code".
4. Use the 6-digit rotating code during login. Codes refresh every 30 seconds.
My TOTP code is being rejected even though it looks right.
This is usually a clock-sync issue. On Google Authenticator: tap ⋮ → Time correction for codes → Sync now. On Authy: Settings → Account → Sync. Make sure your phone's date/time is set to Automatic (internet time).
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on any login page or visit /portal/reset. Enter your registered email/employee ID and a secure reset link will be sent. The link is valid for 15 minutes.
Which portal should I use?
Client Portal, for advisory clients (mandates, invoices, deliverables).
Employee Portal, for staff (payroll, leave, Form-16, attendance).
Board & KMP, for directors and KMPs (governance, voting, board packs).
Super Admin, for platform administrators only.
I can't see my invoice / document. What should I check?
Ensure you're logged into the correct portal. For invoices, go to Invoices → All and check the date filter. For documents, go to Documents → All Files. If the item is still missing, contact support with the document reference or invoice number.
How do I update my profile or email address?
Log in to your portal → click your avatar top-right → Profile Settings. Email address changes require admin approval for security. Raise a ticket if you need to update your primary email.
How do I download my Form-16 or payslip?
Employee Portal → Payslips (for payslips) or Employee Portal → Form-16 (for Form-16 PDFs). Payslips are available from the month after joining. Form-16 is issued annually in June for the prior financial year.
