You agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute or use this information for any purpose other than evaluating a potential investment.
This obligation survives termination of any potential transaction and shall continue for a period of 3 years.
India Gully Advisory LLP retains exclusive mandate rights. Any direct approach to the underlying counterparty is a breach of this agreement.
Breach of this NDA may result in legal action under the Indian Contract Act 1872 and applicable information-technology laws.
